Während hier sonst jahrelang gereifter Content aus dem Hut gezaubert wird, habe ich dieses Mal ganz frisches Material zu bieten – Fotos von Spaziergängen im Illertal beim Wintereinbruch Anfang 2023.
Am Samstag, 03.12. wurde ich geweckt von den Nachrichten und der dringenden Empfehlung, wegen den winterlichen Witterungsbedingungen am besten das Haus nicht zu verlassen. Diese sehr nach Lockdown klingende Warnung musste ich leider ignorieren, da ich in der Heimat verabredet war und Termine hatte. Während München offenbar im Schneechaos versunken ist, war das trotz ähnlich viel Schnee auf dem Land nicht der Fall und bin ich sehr dankbar für meine Landsleute, die allesamt eine zivilisierte und souveräne Fahrweise an den Tag gelegt haben (es war aber auch wenig Verkehr, offenbar haben doch viele den Ratschlag befolgt…).
Um das winterliche Wochenende abzurunden, war ich am Sonntagabend bei Temperaturen von -12°C Celsius im Augsburger Stadion bei der Bundesliga-Partie zwischen dem FC Augsburg und Eintracht Frankfurt.
Alle Aufnahmen in der Galerie stammen aus Illertissen und Umgebung und wurden mit einer Sony DSC-RX100 mark VII bzw. einem Google Pixel 6 erstellt.

On Saturday, December 3rd, I was woken up by the news and the urgent recommendation not to leave the house due to the wintry weather conditions. Unfortunately, I had to ignore this warning, which sounded very much like a lockdown, as I had an appointment at home. While Munich seems to have sunk into snow chaos, this was not the case in the countryside despite a similar amount of snow and I am very grateful for my fellow countrymen, who all showed a civilized and confident driving style (but there was also little traffic, apparently many followed the advice…).
To round off the wintry weekend, I went to the Bundesliga match between FC Augsburg and Eintracht Frankfurt on Sunday evening in the Augsburg stadium in temperatures of -12°C Celsius.
